Our bean and pea seeds are soft because we soaked them in water over night. The radish seeds are dark and small.

The long beans (green beans) felt soft.
They were gray colored. One was oval shaped, the other was like a sphere that was crumpled up.

Our peas were soft because we soaked them over night. We planted some and cut some open so that we could look inside. Our beans are also soft.

We took our peas straight from the peapods. They were hard and many different sizes. We cannot wait to see what starts to happen with them.

Most of our beans look the same. One bean is open. It cracked and there's a little thing sticking out.

Our beans are swollen and have gotten much bigger.
Three of out of 24 have started to grow.

The paper looked dry, so we slipped in a little more water.

We came in this morning and our beans and peas have sprouted. Our radishes have not sprouted.

There are some roots coming out of the beans and peas.
There is some green stuff coming out too.
We think the green stuff might be leaves, or vines or maybe stems.

The cat grass has long roots. The peas are not growing, except for one. The one pea that fell in the crack is the one that is growing.

Yesterday we put our hands on the window. BRRRRRRRRRR!! It was COLD!! WE moved our seeds to somewhere warmer. We think that will help them grow faster !!!

Alicia's seed has a lot of little roots and one really long root. It has a green stem that is size of a jelly bean.

We do not see any change in our seeds. We are going to try to plant different pea seeds from a packet.

Some of the beans have cracks in them and one has sprouted.They are the beans that were facing out of the room, towards the sun, not into the room.
